Limitation of Liability

- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE
- GPS TRACKING MAY NOT ALWAYS BE ACCURATE DUE TO TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bus For Me and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit through the App
Termination
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or deleting the App from your device.
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Pose a safety risk to other users
- Fail to comply with school policies
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
